Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Start your day strong (and sweet) with these fluffy, protein-packed chocolate pancakes made with Happy Way Choc Protein Powder. Perfect for a post-workout boost or a guilt-free breakfast treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg⁠

  • ½ cup milk of choice (120 ml)⁠

  • ¼ cup Happy Way Choc Pea Vegan or Whey Protein Powder (30 g)⁠

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour mix (60 ml)⁠

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder⁠

  • ½ tsp baking powder⁠

  • Pinch of salt⁠

Method

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in small rounds of batter.

  3. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and fluffy.

  4. Stack high, add your favourite toppings (think banana slices, nut butter, or a drizzle of maple syrup) and enjoy! 🍌✨
