INGREDIENTS ✨
FOR THE BASE
1 cup oat/almond flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp coconut oil
FOR THE CARAMEL FILLING
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 scoop Happy Way Choc Caramel Protein Powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup or maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
FOR THE TOP LAYER
Dark chocolate, melted
METHOD 👩🍳
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the base and press into silicone moulds, or a brownie tin. Bake for 8 minutes at 180 degrees or until slightly browned and allow to cool. In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for the filling, make sure to melt your coconut oil first. Spoon the filling on top of the base mixture and top with melted chocolate and enjoy!
