Ingredients

Cheesecake Base

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ¼ cup roasted hazelnuts

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 250g light cream cheese, softened

Method

Step 1 – Prepare the Base

Divide the mixture evenly between six muffin cases or mini cheesecake moulds and press down firmly to create an even base.
