Superfood Rice Bars Recipe

These Superfood Rice Bars are made with Healthy Chef Organic Superfood and are a great way to boost your kids' intake of organic fruits and vegetables, protein, healthy fats and fibre. These bars are also nut-free and gluten-free, making them a perfect lunchbox snack that your kids will love. They are also refined sugar-free, so are much better for them than the supermarket versions filled with artificial ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 10 Bars


METHOD

 

  • COMBINE WPI, Organic Superfood and cacao butter in a mixing bowl, stirring to combine.
  • ADD maple syrup, puffed brown rice and coconut, stir again to combine.
  • FOLD in dried blueberries.
  • SPOON into lined baking tin, press down and allow to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • CUT into 10 even-sized bars.
  • STORE in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
