Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
20g Collagen Hydrolysate powder
1 tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil

Method:
1. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Score the avocado halves and then scoop the avocado into a small bowl.
2. Add the zest, lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes, and olive oil and mash together with a fork.
To make the Avocado Toast
3. Spread the collagen avocado mash on the toast, top with broccoli spouts and toasted pumpkin seeds.
To make the chickpeas
4. Coat chickpeas by tossing with olive oil and the seasonings of your choice. Spread in a single layer in your air fryer basket or rack. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes @200c or until crispy and lightly browned. Enjoy!
