AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION

The following shows time-frames for all regular orders in Business Days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).

Handling times are generally between 1 and 3 business days. Some orders may take up to 5 business days, including Express Delivery. We use AusPost and various couriers for shipping. If you have a preference for a specific courier, please contact us or add a note to your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that we may charge an additional shipping fee for any specific delivery service. If we do not receive your note, we will ship your order using the courier of our choice.
 

DELIVERY SERVICE INFORMATION

All orders must be paid in full with cleared funds prior to dispatch and delivery.

At the time of making your order, please provide us with a delivery street address where deliveries may be made during business hours Monday to Friday.

If you are happy to give your Authority to Leave the goods unattended without a signature, please specify this in the Notes section during check out, or send us an email. Please include any other special delivery instructions in the notes section at checkout too.

In the case of nobody being home to sign for the delivery - a calling card will be left by the courier advising of the failing delivery. Please follow he instructions on the card to contact the courier and arrange a re-delivery. Please note that some couriers may send an email instead of leaving a card to reduce general waste.

Before signing as having received the products in good order please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.

You must notify us of any faulty or damaged goods, including photos, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by email hello@artisanalaustralia.com.auPlease note that if you do not advise us of anything that may be wrong with your order (including missing or damaged or incorrect products) within 24 hours from its delivery and photos, we are unable to assist you further under any circumstance.

Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please refer to the Refunds & Returns Policy section for more information.

Please note that only AusPost can deliver to Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, PO Boxes, or Australia Post addresses.

Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions

By opting for "Authority to Leave" Artisanal Australia will instruct the associated courier service to leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises and Artisanal Australia (and Australia Post or any courier companies we use) do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result after. You agree to release Artisanal Australia against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person as a result of this Authority to Leave.

 

*$10 off (or $15 off) shipping fee terms & conditions:

  1. To qualify for the promotion of $10 shipping fee off, customers must spend over $99 in a single transaction after any discounts or promotions. This amount does not include the shipping fee. Or spend $150 or more to qualify the promotion of $15 shipping fee off.

  2. The $10 or $15 discount will be applied automatically at checkout and will be deducted from the shipping cost. Please note that this discount applies exclusively to the shipping cost, and cannot be used towards any other charges or fees. Example 1, if your shipping fee is $10 and you spend more than $99 and under $150, your shipping fee will be waived and reduced to $0. However, if your shipping fee is $11 after spending more than $99 and under $150, your shipping fee will be reduced to $1 after the $10 discount is applied. Example 2, if your shipping fee is $15 and you spend $150 or more, then your shipping fee will be waived and reduced to $0. However, if your shipping fee is $16 after spending $150 or more, your shipping fee will be reduced to $1 after the $15 discount is applied.

  3. This offer is only available for shipping to valid addresses within Australia.

  4. This promotion cannot be used as store credit, nor can it be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Please note that the promotion is not applicable for Express deliveries.

  5. The promotion is valid for a limited time only, and the end date may be subject to change without notice.

  6. We reserve the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  7. This promotion is not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other products or services.
