Chocolate Brownie Protein Oats

Indulge in a decadent, protein-packed breakfast that tastes just like dessert! This creamy and chocolatey oat recipe is quick, easy, and loaded with nutritious ingredients to power your day.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1⁄2 cup Quick Oats
  • 150ml milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or your preferred nut butter)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt 

FOR THE TOPPINGS: 

  • Sliced banana
  • Crushed walnuts
  • 1 square dark chocolate

METHOD 

  1. Combine all ‘oats’ ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until creamy.

  2. Transfer to a bowl, top with banana, walnuts and dark chocolate, then serve.
