INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen banana (frozen banana creates a creamy consistency)
- 1 lemon peeled
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 small handful of cilantro
- 1 thumb of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of chlorella
- 1/4 cups ice
- 3/4 coconut water
