Easy Keto Tortilla Chips Recipes
- Place all wrap ingredients into a food processor or large bowl. Combine until the dough forms a ball. Shape into a large ball and rest dough for 5 minutes before rolling.
- Cut dough into 4 pieces and roll out between two sheets of baking paper until very thin (about 1 mm). Cut into a rectangular shape. Score tortilla chip shapes into the dough.
- Heat oil to high temperature.
- Fry chips in batches for 10-20 seconds. They will turn golden quickly. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Season chips with choice of seasoning and serve.
