Ingredients:

  • 1 x Low Carb Chocolate Cupcake Mix
    (These cupcakes are packed with natural ingredients, naturally sweetened, and way lower in carbs – a treat you can feel good about!)
  • 1 x Sugar-Free Icing Mix
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Method:

  1. Prepare the cupcakes:

    • Follow the instructions on the Low Carb Chocolate Cupcake Mix to bake 12 delicious cupcakes.
    • Allow them to cool completely before decorating.
  2. Prepare the icing:

    • Mix the Sugar-Free Icing according to the packet instructions.
    • Fill a piping bag (or use a large ziplock bag and snip off a corner).
    • If using a piping bag, select a plain circular nozzle for smooth ghostly swirls.
  3. Create the ghost tops:

    • Swirl the white icing onto the top of each cupcake in an upward motion to form a tall, rounded ghost shape.
  4. Add the eyes:

    • Use dark chocolate chips as ghost eyes.
    • For precise placement, grab a pair of tweezers to gently position each chip on the icing.
