Try This Delicious Triple-Layer Boysenberry Panna Cotta Recipe! 🍮

Ingredients:

🥄 300ml water
🥄 1 cup frozen boysenberries (+ extras for garnish)
🥄 ½ - 1 cup maple syrup
🥄 4 tbsp Agar powder
🥄 1 cup milk (or dairy-free mylk)
🥄 ½ cup cream (or coconut cream)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Make Boysenberry Juice: Boil water, boysenberries & maple syrup for 5 mins. Strain & cool.
2️⃣ First Layer (Boysenberry Jelly): Mix cooled juice + 1 tbsp Agar. Let sit 5 mins, boil, then pour into a mould.
3️⃣ Second Layer (Boysenberry Milk Jelly): Mix boysenberry pulp + milk + maple syrup, add 1.5 tbsp Agar. Boil, cool slightly, and pour over the first layer.
4️⃣ Final Layer (Milk/Cream Jelly): Mix milk + cream + maple syrup, add 1.5 tbsp Agar. Boil, cool slightly, and pour over the second layer.
5️⃣ Set in Fridge: Once firm, refrigerate for 2 hours before serving!
