About the Brand

The Carob Kitchen is an Australian family business rooted in the country's oldest organic carob orchard, established by David and Carol Solomon at Port Elliot, South Australia, in 1997. They raised trees from seed, grafted them in the paddock and adapted cultivation to the region's Mediterranean combination of warm dry summers, natural rainfall and sea air; the family still tends roughly 3,500 trees.
