How to Use

Don't be fooled, this lotion goes a long way!

Apply 2-3 pumps into the palm of your hand and massage into the affected area as often as required. Rub in well for best results.

You can also apply 2-3 pumps to your upper body, chest and arms anytime during the day to assist mind relaxation.

Our Joint Lotion is one of our gentler products, so it’s a lot less likely to cause the tingly sensation associated with magnesium deficiency. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin, we would recommend slowly introducing it into your routine so your body has time to adjust.
