About Leda
LEDA Nutrition is an Australian free-from bakery that began in 1996 by producing gluten- and dairy-free health-food bars for people whose dietary needs were poorly served by mainstream snacks. Its early Slim & Natural baked fruit slice developed into the LEDA Bar, followed by fruit-filled multipacks and, in 2006, chocolate-coated cream biscuits that brought familiar indulgence into a previously limited category.
