These flakes will dissolve immediately upon contact with water, so we recommend thoroughly resealing the container after use.

Our Joint Magnesium Flakes are suitable for both cold & warm soaks up to 39°C (But don’t worry, you don’t need to carry a thermometer around)! The general rule of thumb is if you’re sweating, the water is too hot and your body isn’t effectively absorbing magnesium.
