Dosage
Adults:
Week 1: half scoop, 1-2 times per day

Ingredients
Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 135 mg sodium per scoop (5g). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, are on cholesterol lowering medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding, if your goal is to achieve weight loss, or if you have any health concerns. If you are taking medication, take it one hour prior to or two hour after taking PGX®.
