The Good Crisp Company was founded by Australian father Matt after a gluten-free diet left him missing the familiar canister crisps he had grown up enjoying. He set out to recreate that nostalgic crunch with ingredients he felt comfortable sharing with his three daughters, eventually moving his family from Australia to build the brand in the United States.
