Ingredients
1 banana
½ cup plain greek yoghurt
2 limes
1/2 tbsp honey
Dash of vanilla extract
Small handful of ice
3 tsp Super Greens + Reds
Method
- Cut limes in half, and put them in a blender with 1 cup of water
- Blitz them and then strain the juice to remove the solids.
- Return the lime water to the blender and add in the banana, yoghurt, honey, vanilla, Ice and a serve of Super Greens + Reds
- Blitz until smooth and enjoy
