
Vanilla Biscoff Protein Loaf
A deliciously spiced, protein-packed treat that’s soft, sweet, and utterly irresistible! Made with our Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein for an extra boost of yum.
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 200g Gluten-Free Self-Raising Flour
- 70g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 40g Sweetener
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
Wet Ingredients:
- 225g Overripe Bananas (mashed)
- 200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 50g Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping:
- 4 Biscoff Caramelised Biscuits
Method
- Preheat your fan-forced oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients.
- Mash the bananas in a separate bowl and mix with the wet ingredients.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a silicone baking tray and smooth the top.
- Place the Biscoff biscuits on top and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let it cool, then store:
- Airtight container: 2-3 days
- Fridge: 3-4 days
- Freezer: Up to 3 months
