Cacao and Peanut Butter Overnight Oat


Cacao Oats

PB Yoghurt

  • 1/4c greek yoghurt  
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder (or runny peanut butter)
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup 

Chocolate Top 


  • Combine the ingredients for the oats in a bowl or ramekin, adding maple syrup to taste.
  • Combine the greek yoghurt, peanut butter powder and maple in a separate bowl. Layer over the oat mixture.
  • Melt the Organic Lucuma Chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, stirring occasionally, until completely melted.
  • Pour over the yoghurt layer. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat!
