Cacao and Peanut Butter Overnight Oat
INGREDIENTS
Cacao Oats
- 1/3c rolled oats
- 1 tbsp thehealthyllama Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 100ml milk of choice
PB Yoghurt
- 1/4c greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder (or runny peanut butter)
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Chocolate Top
- 15g thehealthyllama Organic Lucuma Chocolate
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
METHOD
- Combine the ingredients for the oats in a bowl or ramekin, adding maple syrup to taste.
- Combine the greek yoghurt, peanut butter powder and maple in a separate bowl. Layer over the oat mixture.
- Melt the Organic Lucuma Chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, stirring occasionally, until completely melted.
- Pour over the yoghurt layer. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat!
