INGREDIENTS

2 cups almond meal

3 tbsp arrowroot flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/4 cup oat milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free for a vegan option)
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 170 Degrees C.

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir.

Add maple syrup, coconut oil, oat milk and vanilla, mix well.

Fold through chocolate chips and using your hands, form approx. 15 cookie dough balls.

Place on a lined baking tray. Gently push the cookies flat.

Bake for approx. 12 minutes or until golden.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
