INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups almond meal

  • 3 tbsp arrowroot flour

  • 2 tbsp Raw Protein Isolate Natural

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup oat milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free for a vegan option)

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 170 Degrees C.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir.

  3. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, oat milk and vanilla, mix well.

  4. Fold through chocolate chips and using your hands, form approx. 15 cookie dough balls.

  5. Place on a lined baking tray. Gently push the cookies flat.

  6. Bake for approx. 12 minutes or until golden.

  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
