Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp Organic Chia Seeds
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Sweetener of Choice
Topping
- ½ cup fresh Raspberries, divided
- Sweetener of choice, optional
- Vanilla Yogurt
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, combine oats, chia seeds, milk, protein powder and sweetener of choice. Mix well to combine. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
- To make the topping, mash ⅓ cup raspberries with your favorite sweetener to your desired consistency.
- Spoon over the overnight oats, add yogurt and top with remaining raspberries. Enjoy!
