Ingredients

1 cup organic gluten free oats

1 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

¼ cup coconut yogurt

1 apple, shredded

½ cup mixed frozen berries

½ tsp cinnamon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently mix.

Divide mixture between two jars and place in the fridge overnight.

Serve with additional berries, coconut yogurt and / or shredded coconut.
