Chocolate Chia Mousse Recipe
This silky smooth chocolate chia mousse has only five ingredients and is equally delicious for breakfast as it is for dessert. You can easily customise the layers with your favourite toppings and yoghurt. We've used Cacao Gold for its fine texture and rich chocolatey taste.
Layer with yoghurt and mixed berries or fruit of choice
Ingredients
½ cup Power Super Foods Chia Seed
¼ cup Power Super Foods Cacao Gold Powder
¼ cup Power Super Foods Coconut Sugar
2 cups milk of choice
1tsp pure vanilla essence or powder
