Chocolate Espresso Protein Brownies
For an afternoon energy kick, packed with vitamins, minerals, fibre and protein!

Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas (1 cup mashed) - the riper the banana the better!
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate espresso hemp protein powder
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Pre heat oven to 180C.
Add the banana, almond butter, cacao powder, protein powder, coffee, coconut sugar, vanilla and sea salt to a blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively you could mash the bananas well and add the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well, then add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Stir through the chocolate chips.
Pour into a to a lined brownie tray, optional to top with a few more chocolate chips.
Bake 15-17 minutes.
Transfer to a cooling rack to cool for 10 minutes.
Top with some flaked sea salt, slice up and enjoy!
