Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup @happywayau Flavourless Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp @happywayau choc peanut butter protein
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup white choc chips (I used sugar free)
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients (except choc chips) until smooth then fold in choc chips.
- Pour into a lined loaf tin and add a tbsp of smooth peanut butter to the top and create a swirl pattern (optional but yummm!).
- Bake for 30 mins or until cooked through on 180 fan forced.
- Allow to cool in tin for 10 mins, then remove, slice and ENJOY!
