Chocolate Raspberry Raw Slice

Indulge in the flavors of spring with these delectable Raspberry Chocolate Bliss Bars. The base, made from a blend of Power Super Foods Cacao Powder, coconut oil, and dates, creates a rich and nutty foundation. Raw cashews add a creamy texture that perfectly complements the fruity essence of the season.


  • 1/2 cup Power Super Foods Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup cooled melted coconut oil
  • 12 Medjool dates or approx. 25 Iranian dates
  • 1 cup raw cashews

Centre Filling
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup cashews soaked for 4-8 hours
  • 250g frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup or pure maple syrup


  • 1/3 cup Power Super Foods Cacao Powder
  • 60g coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup brown rice syrup or pure maple syrup

Line a 20cm square glass dish or baking pan so that the paper overlaps the sides.
For the base, pop all ingredients into a high speed processor and whiz to form a crumbly paste. Spread evenly into the prepared pan and press down firmly to evenly distribute, then transfer to the freezer for at least 30 min to firm up.
Put filling ingredients into a high-speed blender or processor and whiz to a smooth paste.

Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled base, then return to the freezer to firm up for approx 4-6 hours.
For the topping, place all ingredients in a heat proof glass bowl and then set over a saucepan of simmering water on low heat. Keep stirring the chocolate until smooth and well combined. Pour over the chilled raspberry filling quickly and smooth over, then return the pan/dish to the freezer to set. (about 30 mins)
Once the topping has hardened, remove the slice from the freezer and lift out of the pan. Cut into approximately 10 large bars or 20 smaller bars to serve. Keep frozen and remove from freezer for 5-10min before serving.
