Christmas Spice Cookies
There is something so comforting about the smell of Christmas spices coming from the kitchen! These Christmas Spice Cookies are sugar-free, gluten-free and so easy to make! The perfect Christmas foodie gift for friends and family, or lovely to serve when you have guests pop over during the silly season.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pack of Low Carb Cookie Mix
- 80g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 Tb erythritol (40g)
- 1 teaspoons mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 160g degrees and line a cookie tray with baking paper.

Combine Cookie Mix, cinnamon and mixed spice and erythritol in a bowl.

Add melted butter and egg, and combine well.

Place mix between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll out until 5mm thick. Using your favourite Christmas cookie cutters cut out your cookies and place on a lined baking tray.

Bake at 160 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until golden.

Let cool then decorate with white piped icing, silver cachous, or other Christmas themed decorations!
Recipe Note
You can adjust the spices to your taste.
These cookies would be super delicious dipped into melted chocolate. Simply melt your Choc Chips and dip the cooled cookies and allow to set in the fridge on a tray lined with baking paper.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days and up to 3 months in the freezer
