Creamy Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are a fantastic way to enjoy a whole grain breakfast in the morning. Just mix it up the night before, refrigerate, and then add your favorite toppings before eating!
Note: Eating raw oats is generally safe, but may cause digestive issues or increase the risk of foodborne illness.

Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cups Non-Dairy Milk (532 mL)
- ¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds (43 g)
- ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Almond Butter (120 mL)
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (44 mL)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (400 g)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl or container, add non-dairy milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir well with a spoon or shake to combine.
- Add the oats and give it another good stir. Be sure the oats are completely submerged in the liquid in order to ensure an even setting process.
- Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (at least 4–6 hours).
- When it is ready, give it another good stir and serve with your favorite toppings.
