Creamy Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a fantastic way to enjoy a whole grain breakfast in the morning. Just mix it up the night before, refrigerate, and then add your favorite toppings before eating!
Note: Eating raw oats is generally safe, but may cause digestive issues or increase the risk of foodborne illness.

  • 2 ¼ cups Non-Dairy Milk (532 mL)
  • ¼ cup Organic Chia Seeds (43 g)
  • ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter or Almond Butter (120 mL)
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (44 mL)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (5 mL)
  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (400 g)


  1. In a large glass bowl or container, add non-dairy milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir well with a spoon or shake to combine.
  2. Add the oats and give it another good stir. Be sure the oats are completely submerged in the liquid in order to ensure an even setting process.
  3. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (at least 4–6 hours).
  4. When it is ready, give it another good stir and serve with your favorite toppings.
