1 cup almond butter

1 tbsp ground chia seeds

2 tbsp water

1 cup banana chips (grind to approx. ¾ cup)

⅓ cup coconut sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

🥣 Method

Make the chia egg: Blend chia seeds into a powder. Combine with water and let sit for 5 minutes to gel.
