Easter Brownie Milkshake Madness

A delicious twist on Easter treats, this indulgent brownie milkshake features fudgy homemade brownies blended with creamy caramel ice cream and topped with Tony's Caramel Eggs for the ultimate Easter celebration!

Ingredients:
For Brownies:

  • 70g butter
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 50g plain flour
  • 75g Tony's easter eggs

For Milkshake:

  • 150g brownies
  • 4 melted Tony's Easter eggs
  • 50g caramel
  • 200g vanilla ice-cream
  • 200g milk
  • Cream, extra caramel, chocolate sauce, and Tony's caramel eggs for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease and line a loaf tin.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate, then cool.
  3. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy, then mix in melted chocolate and butter.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa, and chopped Tony's Eggs.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
  6. Blend ice cream, caramel, melted eggs, brownies, and milk for a smooth milkshake.
  7. Decorate with sauce, chopped Tony's Eggs, and the milkshake.
