Golden Gaytime Protein Balls

If you're after a snack that's as delicious as it is nutritious, these Golden Gaytime Protein Balls are your new go-to! Packed with flavor, protein, and a touch of nostalgia, they'll get you through any day with a smile.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut flour or almond flour
  • 1 scoop Macro Mike x Golden Gaytime Almond Protein
  • 4 tbsp Macro Mike Choc Caramel Slice Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • Melted chocolate (for coating)
  • Crushed nuts (for coating)

Instructions:

  1. Mix it up:
    In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the melted chocolate and crushed nuts. Mix well until it forms a dough—you might want to get your hands in there for the best texture!

  2. Chill:
    Pop the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. This helps firm it up, making it easier to roll.

  3. Prep your coating:
    While the dough is chilling, melt your chocolate and crush your nuts. Set them up in two separate bowls for an easy dipping process.

  4. Roll & coat:
    Once the dough is firm, roll it into even-sized balls. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, then roll it in the crushed nuts. Keep going until all the mixture is used up!

  5. Set & enjoy:
    Place the coated balls back in the fridge for 1 hour to set. Then they're ready to devour!
