Mānuka Honey Granola Fruit Crumble

This deliciously easy fruit crumble is your new go-to for a quick, cosy dessert—no pastry required! Made with juicy stewed apples, mixed berries, and topped with Blue Frog Mānuka Honey, Almond and Coconut Granola, it delivers all the comfort of a classic crumble with a crunchy, naturally sweet twist.

The granola does all the heavy lifting—think toasty coconut, almonds, and Mānuka honey baked into every golden bite. Just mix, sprinkle, and bake! Serve warm with Greek yoghurt (or ice cream if you're feeling fancy) and enjoy a fuss-free dessert that feels like a hug in a bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, peeled, cored and diced

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 cups Blue Frog Mānuka Honey, Almond and Coconut Granola

  • 1/4 cup self-raising flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced).

  2. In a pot over low heat, gently cook apples, berries, and honey, stirring constantly until the fruit softens slightly.

  3. Transfer the fruit mix into a greased baking dish.

  4. In a bowl, mix the granola, flour, cinnamon, and melted coconut oil until crumbly.

  5. Spread the crumble topping over the fruit mixture.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp on top.

  7. Serve warm with Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey. Say mmmmm. 😋
