No-tella Chia Pudding
Ingredients

1/2 cup of Power Super Foods Organic Chia Seeds

1/2 cup hazelnuts

1 & 1/2 cups hazelnuts

1 & 1/2 cups of almond milk (you could also use hazelnut milk)

1/2 cup Power Super Foods Cacao Powder
-
1/2 cup pure maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice

generous pinch of good quality salt

extra hazelnuts and cacao powder to garnish
Method

In a food processor or mortar & pestle, crush the hazelnuts into a rough crumble.

In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, hazelnuts, cacao powder and salt well.

Add the almond milk and maple syrup and stir well.

Spoon the mixture into 8 small or 4 large serving cups or jars.

Allow to set overnight and serve with an extra sprinkle of hazelnuts and cacao.
Recipe Notes
For a runnier chia pudding increase the almond milk by 1/2 a cup
