No-tella Chia Pudding



  1. In a food processor or mortar & pestle, crush the hazelnuts into a rough crumble.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, hazelnuts, cacao powder and salt well.

  3. Add the almond milk and maple syrup and stir well.

  4. Spoon the mixture into 8 small or 4 large serving cups or jars.

  5. Allow to set overnight and serve with an extra sprinkle of hazelnuts and cacao.

For a runnier chia pudding increase the almond milk by 1/2 a cup
