Vegan Oreo Chocolate Brownie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 250g coconut yoghurt
- 50g maple syrup
- 75g coconut sugar
- 100g Biscoff spread
- 50g @tonikaco chocolate protein powder
- 20g cacao powder
- 20g @tonikaco cacao maca creamer
- 60g plain flour
- 1/2tsp bicarb soda
- 60g chocolate chunks
- 60g oreos, crushed
DIRECTIONS
1. preheat oven to 170°C and grease or line a square cake tin with baking paper.
2. add the yoghurt, maple syrup, sugar, and biscoff spread to a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
3. add the protein, cacao powder, flour, bicarb soda, chocolate and crushed oreos and mix until a thick batter has formed.
4. pour the batter into the prepared tin and spread out evenly.
5. Top with extra crushed oreos and chocolate
6. place in the oven to bake for 20mins, then set aside to cool.
7. cut into desired size squares and enjoy!!
