Fable is made from shitake mushrooms which give it a chewy "meaty" texture with a umami taste. Fable is great in any dishes where you'd usually use meat. It makes an amazing stroganoff, tasty curries, stir fries, pies.... you name it.

Fable is created using ingredients that are as minimally processed as possible and is based on shiitake mushrooms which make up 2/3 of the ingredient list.
