Adzuki sprouts compliment light meals at any time of the year. They have a neutral taste like slightly cooked beans and give a distinctive flavour to almost any dish. They are great in salads and on sandwiches. Sunflower sprouts are an excellent source of essential nutrients and contribute to healthy balanced nutrition.
Adzuki beans are rich in nutrients, such as fiber, protein and manganese.
How to use Adzuki Seeds for sprouting:
Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak seeds for 8-12 hours.
For best results sow seeds thinly.
Germination time may vary with temperature.
Amount per tray / jar: 1 tablespoon of seeds.
Temperature: 18 – 20°C.
Water: 2-3 times daily
Ready to eat: After approximately 3 to 4 days

How to use Alfalfa seeds for sprouting
Before sprouting, rinse thoroughly in fresh water then soak for 4 hours.
For best results, sow seeds thinly.
Germination time may vary with temperature.
Amount per tray / jar: 1.5 tablespoons of seeds.
Temperature: 18 – 22°C.
Rinse: Twice daily.
Ready to eat: After approximately 6 to 8 days.
