These dangerously delightful delicacies come in at 70 calories per serving whilst accommodating 5.4g of protein. Once baked (in under 15 mins), you won’t believe that these mouth watering, gluten free donuts can be so healthy!
Size: 300g per baking mix
(makes 14 mini donuts or 7 jumbo donuts).
How To Make 🍩
PREPARE: Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius and lightly spray the baking pan.
MIX: In a mixing bowl, mix the donut dry mix, yogurt* and milk* until well combined.
BAKE: Pour mixture into donut baking pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Allow to cool down for 10 minutes before removing from baking pan.
FEELING A LITTLE EXTRA?
Drizzle your favourite topping for an indulgent delight.
*You will need to prepare 190g of greek yogurt, or yogurt of your choosing, and 120ml light milk, or milk of your choosing.
