Each 2g serve (approx 1/2 teaspoon) contains: Total Vitamin C 964mg: Ascorbic acid 800mg, Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 200mg (equiv. ascorbic acid 164mg), Hesperidin 190mg, Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 190mg, Calcium phosphate 100mg, Zinc sulfate monohydrate 2.9mg.

Contains sugars (glucose & fructose).

Free from yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial sweeteners, colours, preservatives & flavours.

Suggested Use: Stir in a glass of water, mineral water or fruit juice to make a tangy citrus tasting drink

Adults: 2 grams (Half of a level metric teaspoon) once daily
