Our Aged Fermented Black Garlic Its then extracted and standardised to >0.1% S-Allyl-Cysteine (SAC), the predominant antioxidant. The fermentation process results in a extract powder with a milder taste , it does not cause bad breath and is gentle on the stomach.

How To Use
