Founded in a small bakery on Viale Monza, the brand began with the passion and determination of Angelo Vergani, a young and daring pastry chef who loved Milan and sought to spread joy through his craft. Today, Vergani stays true to that holiday spirit by carefully selecting every ingredient and following the original recipe to create an extraordinary panettone that makes every Christmas gathering even more special.  

Ingredients

Wheat flour, 17.5% cream filling (sugar, glucose syrup, whole MILK, 5% limoncello liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, 10% lemon infusion), water, natural flavors, stabilizer: pectin), diced lemon zest and  candied lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), sugar, BUTTER, fresh egg yolk, water, natural yeast (WHEAT), MILK, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, natural flavors, salt.  

May contain NUTS, PEANUTS, and SOY.
