Our Japanese highest-grade Organic Ceremonial Matcha is wonderfully smooth, sweet, and delicately mellow when the green tea powder is whisked with hot water. It is rich in polyphenols, theanine, and packed with antioxidants. Harvested in small batches in the mountainous Kagoshima region. The skilled farmers are at the forefront of organic teas cultivation in the south of Japan. Our first harvest, shaded Tencha green tea leaves are carefully stone ground into fine green tea powder, it is vibrant green and froths beautifully. With 80 servings per tin.
How to Use
Heat water (don’t boil) to about 75c (165 F) then pour 80ml over 1-2g fine powder. Whisk into a smooth, frothy consistency. Pour into a cup, add more water if required.
Store in a cool, dry place. For best flavour use within 60 days of opening and refrigerate.
