Love Tea organic Golden Spice is a powdered golden blend of revitalising aryvedic spices. Based on fairly traded turmeric, pepper and cinnamon, these invigorating spices are rich in antioxidants and offer an extensive range of health benefits. These ingredients have traditionally been used to reduce inflammation, aid circulation, support digestive function, and improve vitality. This blend of fresh spices is balanced by subtle and smooth hints of cinnamon.

Brewing

Add 1/2 teaspoon of Golden Spice tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 – 3 minutes. Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. Sweeten to taste.
