Ingredients:

1/3 cup of raw cashews

1/3 cup of raw almonds

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

3 tbsp shredded coconut

½ cup creamy nut butter (of your choice)

Method:

Combine the cashews and almonds in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Set aside 2 tablespoons for topping/decoration.
