Rich, fudgy, and full of crunch – these guilt-free bites are packed with protein, collagen, and nutty goodness. Perfect as a post-workout snack or afternoon treat!
INGREDIENTS

10–12 pitted Medjool dates

1 scoop Happy Way Choc Hazelnut Protein Powder

1 scoop Happy Way Unflavoured Collagen

1 tbsp nut butter of choice (hazelnut, peanut, almond, or cashew)

2 tbsp cacao powder

Pinch of salt

100g roasted hazelnuts (plus extra for coating)

12 whole roasted hazelnuts (for the centre)

80g dark chocolate, melted
METHOD

If dates are firm, soak in hot water for 5–10 mins, then drain.

In a food processor, blitz 100g hazelnuts into coarse crumbs.

Add dates, protein powder, collagen, nut butter, cacao, and salt. Blend until sticky dough forms. Add a little water if too dry.

Scoop out tablespoon portions, flatten, press a whole hazelnut in the centre, then roll into balls.

Dip balls in melted chocolate, roll in extra crushed hazelnuts, and chill for 20–30 minutes until set.
👉 Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for later.
Makes ~12 bliss balls.
