CHOC HAZELNUT PROTEIN WAFFLES

This waffles are prefect snack for anytime of the day. Gluten Free, Dairy Free and can be made Vegan Friendly too.

TO SERVE

  • Melted chocolate

  • Coconut yoghurt

  • Crushed hazelnuts

  • Fresh berries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat waffle iron for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, add oat milk, whisked eggs, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix to combine.

  4. Slowly add ‘wet’ingredients to the dry and mix through.

  5. Once the waffle iron has heated, spoon approx. 1/4 cup of the mixture per waffle, close lid and leave to cook for 4-5 minutes.

  6. Serve with melted chocolate, crushed hazelnuts, coconut yoghurt and/or fresh berries.
