  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (20 g)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (13 g)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • Toppings: chopped pecans, ground cinnamon, maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a container of your choice.
  2. Mix until well distributed.
