These Keto Chocolate Crackles are a delightful treat that both kids and adults will love. By incorporating The Monday Food Co Keto Granola, we add a delicious crunch and wholesome ingredients to the classic chocolate crackle recipe while keeping it keto-friendly.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of The Monday Food Co Keto Granola (choose your favorite flavour)
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of Keto Maple (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Prepare Muffin Tray: Line a muffin tray with paper cupcake liners or silicone molds. This will make it easier to remove the chocolate crackles once they've set.

Melt the Coconut Oil: In a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop, melt the coconut oil until it becomes a clear liquid.
